| This one resonates well with me, since I speak French, and because my first job was at a Chinese restaurant. For those who are curious, the French line spoken by the guy in this drawing translates to: "I would like a leg of lamb and some green beans." Hardly the fixings for an elegant meal, but -- hey -- I only had a high-school French vocabulary to work with! |
